Company Description

Common Roots Urban Farm, located in the Broadway Fillmore neighborhood of Buffalo, began in 2012 and is a member farm of the Farmer Pirates Cooperative. Run by Josh and Terra, we grow ½ acre of diversified vegetables, fruits and herbs using small equipment and tools. We use all sustainable and ecological growing methods to produce the tastiest, healthiest food.

Our Mission: We aim to be a vibrant and healthy part of our community by providing access to honest, nutritious food at affordable prices. It is our belief that small scale farms are an integral part
of urban revitalization by restoring and rejuvenating long neglected
vacant land to a place of pride for our neighbors.
