Company Description

Our small herd of grass-fed Jersey, Friesian, Dutch Belted & Milking Shorthorn cows are raised on 240 acres of certified organic pasture land. We practice intensive rotational grazing and tread as lightly on our land as possible. Our cheese makers collect the milk daily and produce delicious, healthy raw milk cheeses that age right here at the farm. We raise heritage pigs (to use the whey from the cheesemaking process), Katadhin sheep, heritage laying hens and broilers.
