Raw honey sourced straight from the beehive is one of nature's perfect foods. It is rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, and also contains live enzymes, local pollens, amino acids, and vitamins & minerals.

At Bloom Honey, we extract varietal honey straight from the beehive and deliver it to you the way our honeybees created it - 100% raw and pure. It's that simple.

Our honey is never pasteurized or filtered. So what do we do? We gently heat it just enough to facilitate bottling, but never near the temperature that will degrade its nutritional quality or its healthy bioavailable enzymes. We gently strain it to remove large impurities such as wax particles, bee parts, or parts of wood colony frames that splinter off during extraction. We allow all the pollen grains and nutrients to pass through to you intact. At Bloom Honey, we believe that raw honey offers a myriad of health sustaining and medicinal properties.

Most importantly, it tastes absolutely delicious! Every varietal has unique taste, flavor, and medicinal characteristics that are unique to its floral source, and unique to the specific environmental conditions present at the time the honey was made. Even within a single varietal source, two jars may have subtly distinct characteristics based on the location of the apiary site, the season, the temperatures and amount of rainfall, and many other variables that can never be quantified. Every jar of Bloom Honey is a truly unique manifestation of nature's creation, and we are lucky to enjoy and share the bountiful harvest!
