Company Description

We raise Registered Red Devon cattle . They have been known for centuries for their ability to fatten on just grass and are high butterfat cows. We leave our calves on their mother's for at least 10 months, so we always have healthy calves. The calves share a little of that milk with our family and customers.

Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, author of Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) and Put Your Heart In Your Mouth, recommends organic, grass-fed beef, free of antibiotics, pesticides, and other chemicals. Our Devons are fed on chemical and pesticide free organic pastures. They are grass-fed and finished. We never give our Devons antibiotics, hormones, commercial wormers, soy, grains, GMO's, vaccines, or animal byproducts.

And we are very proud to say we won the Tender Beef Contest at the 2009 North American Devon Conference.

We also raise heritage Red Wattle Pigs. They are an East Texas native. We sell the pigs live and as meat.
