Certified organic by Baystate Organic Certifiers. The farm was established in 2006 and is owned and operated by Don & Nancy Hess. Named for Don's parents Valerie & Christopher Hess, the farm is located on 15 acres in Southeastern Connecticut with one acre in production. Fruits & vegetables are marketed to Fiddleheads Food Co-Op in New London, CT & Oyster Club in Mystic. We will also be at the Waterford Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 9-12 noon from July 6th through October
